We ship via USPS First Class Mail and provide free shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over $25. We ship orders the same business day if they are ordered by 12:00 pm EST. This shipping time does not include holidays and weekends. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by USPS. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive.
Orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail will be sent with "Delivery Confirmation" to ensure they reach the intended recipient. Although you will receive a tracking number upon shipment, full tracking will not be available. Typically, the USPS tracking information for First Class shipments will only indicate when the package was scheduled for delivery and when the package was delivered. The Express Mail and Priority Mail options offer full tracking capabilities, which includes updates once packages reach each USPS hub.

In addition to USPS FIrst-Class Mail, we offer USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders. Shipping rates are received from USPS and automatically calculated during checkout based on the geographic location of the recipient and the size/weight of the shipment.ship our packages using the United States Postal Service (USPS). With our 30-day warranty, should you experience an issue with your product, please contact us to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by calling 844.767.8818. Upon receiving the RMA number, you must ship the item back, either USPS first class mail or USPS flat rate priority mail, within 15 days. Returns must include all items that come with your item, this goes for starter kits and items that come as sets. Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package). Please include your name, contact information order number, and RMA number and send to:

Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect and test your merchandise. If found defective, we will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. If during testing of your merchandise, it is determined that it is fully functional, we reserve the right to return the merchandise or issue a store credit.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects ONLY and will not cover issues related to abuse, misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear, including dust, humidity or heat. Upon inspection, if the product is deemed to be defective, we will ship you a replacement item. If the item is out of stock, we will give you a store credit or refund your original purchase in full.
Please note that return shipping is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. However, the return shipping cost will be credited to your account if it is determined the item is defective. If you received the wrong item(s), a prepaid return label will be provided. Please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date to our Returns address after contacting us.

A 15-Day time frame is allowed for returns - even if you simply change your mind about your purchase. As long as your item is unopened, unused, in new condition, and can be re-stocked, you can return it for a refund.
